Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy: At Luxahamp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your gift hamper within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at luxahamp@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return the item in its original packaging, including all contents.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Perishable items are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of errors or defective products.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different gift hamper, please follow the return process and place a new order.
